What kinds of projects does TX Constructions handle?
We handle both commercial and residential construction: doctor's and dental clinics, offices, law firms, retail stores and cafes, as well as condos, apartments and houses. Our services include interior and exterior design and construction, plumbing and electrical work, new construction, extensions, renovations and air conditioning installation.
How long has your team been in the industry?
Our team has 22 years of experience in the construction and renovation industry.
Do you offer design as well as construction?
Yes. We provide one-stop service and have long-term cooperation with professional architects and designers, so design and construction are coordinated by one team from the beginning.
Can you obtain permits for my project?
Yes. TX Constructions Inc. is eligible to apply for New York City renovation permits and air conditioning construction permits. Our long-term partner plumbing and electrical engineers apply for the water and electric construction permits.
Are you insured? My building requires a certificate of insurance.
We carry our own high-coverage insurance and can increase the coverage according to the actual requirements of your project, building or landlord. Our partner plumbing and electrical engineers carry their own insurance as well.
Do you work in condos and co-ops?
Yes. Many of our residential projects are in apartment buildings. We plan around building rules such as alteration agreements, permitted working hours and insurance requirements.
Do you install air conditioning?
Yes. We install air conditioning for homes and businesses and are eligible to apply for New York City air conditioning construction permits. We prefer to plan it together with ceilings and lighting so the equipment is neatly integrated.
