Call, text or email us. We discuss your space, goals, building requirements and timing, and review photos or plans.
Design & Planning
Together with our partner architects and designers we resolve layouts, materials, lighting and millwork.
Permits & Insurance
We prepare insurance certificates and apply for the renovation, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical permits required.
Construction
Our crews and partner engineers build in a coordinated sequence, protecting your building and neighbours.
Finishes & Details
Stone, tile, millwork, paint and lighting are completed and checked against the design.
Handover
A final walkthrough, punch list and sign-off of inspections and permits before we hand you the keys.

New York buildings are shared spaces. We protect finished surfaces — for example, full-surface protection over natural marble floors — keep common areas clean and work within your building's permitted hours.
Because our partner plumbing and electrical engineers work with us on a long-term basis, rough-ins, inspections and finishes follow one coordinated schedule rather than waiting on separate contractors.
