TX Constructions Inc. is eligible to apply for New York City renovation permits and air conditioning construction permits. For water and electric work, our long-term partner engineers apply for the plumbing and electrical construction permits.

High-Coverage Insurance
We carry our own high-coverage insurance and can increase the coverage according to the actual requirements of each project. That makes it straightforward to satisfy condo and co-op boards, commercial landlords and property managers who require a certificate of insurance before work begins. Our partner plumbing and electrical engineers carry their own insurance as well.
