Too often, air conditioning is added after a space is designed — leaving bulky units, exposed lines and awkward soffits. Because TX Constructions handles the whole renovation, we plan routes for refrigerant lines, condensate drains, ducts and electrical circuits while the ceilings are still open. Linear diffusers sit cleanly in gypsum ceilings; equipment is placed where it can be serviced.
Permit Eligibility
TX Constructions Inc. is eligible to apply for New York City air conditioning construction permits. We coordinate any electrical work with our partner electrical engineers, who file the electrical permits.
